Terms and Conditions – 777x Platform Rules of Use

By creating an account, accessing, or using any service available on the platform 777x (available at 777x.express), you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and the specific rules of each promotion available on the site.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 777x. If you disagree with any part of this document, you must not create an account or use the platform's services.

By completing registration — clicking "Create Account" or equivalent — you expressly and irrevocably accept these Terms and Conditions as in effect on the date of registration.

To create and maintain an active account with 777x, the user must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age as of the date of registration.
• Be an individual resident in Brazil and holder of a valid CPF registered with the Receita Federal.
• Not be registered on any gambling self-exclusion list, including the Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas Impedidas de Fazer Apostas (CAFI) or equivalent programs.
• Not have a previously suspended or permanently banned account with 777x.
• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and in all subsequent interactions with the platform.

Each individual may create only a single account at 777x. Duplicate accounts — whether using the same details or different details linked to the same CPF, IP address, device, or payment method — are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate suspension and balance retention while the investigation is ongoing.

The 777x reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the user's identity, age, and residence. Failure to submit the requested documents within the established deadline may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials — email and password — confidential. The 777x never asks for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as a fraud attempt and reported to our support team immediately.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must:

1. Change your password immediately through your account settings.
2. Contact support via live chat or at contato@777x.express.
3. Request a review of the account activity history to identify any unrecognized transactions.

The 777x offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an extra layer of security. We strongly recommend that all users enable this feature in their account settings.

Accounts inactive for more than 12 (twelve) consecutive months with no transactions (deposits, withdrawals, or bets) may be subject to maintenance fees or account closure, with prior notice sent by email to the account holder.

The 777x accepts the following deposit methods for Brazilian users:

• Pix — instant, available 24/7, including public holidays. Balance credited within seconds of confirmation.
• Boleto bancário — up to 3 business days for clearance after payment.
• Credit or debit card (Visa and Mastercard) — credited instantly, subject to issuer approval.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — available subject to each platform's terms and conditions.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 per transaction. No additional fee is charged by 777x on deposits made. Any bank fees are the user's responsibility and vary depending on the financial institution.

All deposits must be made from a bank account or payment instrument held by the registered user. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.

Withdrawals at 777x are processed exclusively via Pix, to the key registered under the account holder's name. Processing takes up to 60 seconds after the approved request, available 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

To request a withdrawal, the user must:

1. Have completed the identity verification process (KYC).
2. Have a real money balance available (unconverted bonus balance cannot be withdrawn).
3. Meet the minimum withdrawal amount of R$ 30.00 in the available balance.
4. Provide a valid Pix key registered to your CPF.

In exceptional circumstances — such as suspected irregular activity, the need for additional verification, or system maintenance — the processing time may be extended. In such cases, the user will be notified by email with the reason and an estimated completion timeframe.

The 777x does not charge fees on Pix withdrawals. Withdrawals to keys from financial institutions such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, Inter, and other Pix-enabled banks follow the same criteria and timelines.

The 777x offers regular promotions to its users, including a welcome bonus of up to R$ 1,500.00 for new registrations. Each promotion has its own specific terms — please read them carefully before activating any bonus.

General rules applicable to all bonuses at 777x:

• Bonuses are credited automatically after the qualifying deposit, within the timeframe specified in each offer.
• Bonus balance is subject to a rollover requirement (minimum wagering) before it can be converted into withdrawable funds. The rollover multiplier is specified in each individual promotion.
• Bets with odds below 1.50 generally do not count toward rollover requirements — please refer to the specific terms of each offer.
• Cancelled, voided, match-abandoned, or partially cashed-out bets do not count toward rollover.
• Only one bonus can be active per account at a time, unless the promotion states otherwise.
• The 777x reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse or violation of eligibility rules is suspected.
• Bonuses expire according to the deadline stated in each promotion. Any unused bonus balance remaining after that deadline is automatically removed from the account.

Sports Betting at 777x cover more than 40 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), volleyball (Superliga), basketball (NBB), MMA and UFC, tennis, and e-sports, among others. The following general rules apply to all bets:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the user, except where the cash out feature is available and within the specific conditions of that market.
• If a match is postponed to within 48 hours of the original kick-off time, pre-match bets remain valid for the new date unless otherwise stated.
• Matches that are cancelled or not played within 48 hours will result in an automatic void and a full refund of the staked amount to the user's balance.
• Obvious odds errors (an odds value that is clearly incorrect due to a technical fault) may result in the cancellation of the affected bets, with a full refund of the amount wagered. The 777x will notify the user in the event of cancellation for this reason.
• Live bets are subject to latency and odds fluctuation. The 777x reserves the right to temporarily suspend live markets in situations of informational uncertainty (VAR, injury, conflicting data).
• The minimum bet is R$ 1.00 per bet slip. The maximum stake per bet varies by market and sport — specific limits are shown on the platform before you confirm.

• Attempting to exploit technical odds errors or system flaws to gain an unfair advantage.
• Systematic promotion abuse — such as hedge betting to meet rollover requirements without risk, collusion between accounts, or creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Depositing or moving funds of illicit origin (money laundering). The 777x fully complies with Brazilian anti-money laundering legislation (Law No. 9,613/1998 and COAF regulations).
• Match-fixing or any attempt to manipulate sporting results.
• Sharing your account with third parties, including family members.

The 777x collects and processes users' personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018). Information collected during registration and platform use is used exclusively to:

• Operate and maintain your account on the platform.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and identity verification (KYC).
• Prevent fraud and meet legal and regulatory obligations.
• Send communications about your account, promotions, and platform updates (with the option to unsubscribe).

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes without your explicit consent. The 777x may close or suspend accounts in the following circumstances:

• Proven violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent or criminal activity.
• Self-exclusion request by the user.
• Court order or ruling by a competent authority.
• Extended inactivity as described in clause 3.

In cases of termination due to a breach of the Terms, the 777x may retain balances obtained through the prohibited conduct described in clause 9. The user will be notified by email of the account closure and the applicable reason.

The 777x may update these Terms and Conditions at any time, particularly in response to regulatory changes, new platform features, or operational adjustments. All changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance via email to users with an active account.

The date of the most recent update is always shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after new Terms take effect constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account as described in clause 12 before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and other regulations applicable to the online betting and entertainment sector in Brazil.

For disputes arising from these Terms, the 777x is committed to seeking an amicable resolution in the first instance. Users may contact support via live chat or at contato@777x.express to file a formal complaint, which will be reviewed within 5 business days.

Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in accordance with applicable Brazilian law.
